Is it really free?
Yes. You get 10 invoices every month, free forever — no credit card, no trial that runs out. You only pay if you want Pro (₹2,499/year) for unlimited invoices.
Who actually sends the WhatsApp message — me or Orderzo?
You do, in one tap. Orderzo fills in the invoice and opens WhatsApp with everything ready — you just press send. It goes from your own WhatsApp number, so your customer always knows it's you.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. Orderzo works with the normal WhatsApp you already use on your phone. Nothing new to set up.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Your customer gets the invoice in WhatsApp and pays with any UPI app — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, anything. No app and no sign-up for them.
I'm not good with technology. Can I still use it?
Yes. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use Orderzo. Setup takes 2 minutes, and sending a bill is just tapping a few fields and pressing send.
Do you take any commission on my payments?
No. Your customers pay you directly through UPI — the money goes straight to your account. Orderzo takes ₹0 commission, ever.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored securely on servers in India (Mumbai) and handled under India's DPDPA data-protection law. We never sell your data, and you can export or delete it anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel Pro from your dashboard whenever you want — no phone calls, no penalty. You'll simply move back to the free plan.
Common Questions
How do I add menu items?
Tap the 📝 Items tab in the dashboard → Add new item. Add the name and price. Items appear as chips when creating new orders.
How does payment work?
When you create an order with UPI mode, the customer receives a WhatsApp message containing a UPI deep link (upi://pay) and a branded invoice URL. They tap the link to pay directly from their UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, etc.). The money goes directly from their bank to yours — Orderzo never holds funds. Once payment is received, you mark the order as Paid from the dashboard.
Can I edit or delete an order?
Yes. Tap the 📦 Orders tab in the dashboard → tap any order to open it. Each order has options to mark as paid, send reminder, edit, or delete.
How do I send a customer their bill?
When creating an order, add the customer's WhatsApp number. After tapping Send, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message containing: bill details, UPI payment link, and a branded short URL (orderzo.io/i/xxxxxxxx) where the customer can view the PDF invoice. Tap Send to share.
Where is my data stored?
Your business data is securely stored in Mumbai (Supabase). It's encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow Indian data residency rules.
Privacy, data deletion, or legal grievance?
For DPDP Act 2023 requests (data access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent) or any legal grievance, email our designated Grievance Officer at chetan@orderzo.io with subject "Grievance" or "DPDPA Request". Acknowledged within 48 hours. Resolved within 15 days. See full Privacy Policy.
What if I forget my phone or change it?
Email us at support@orderzo.io with your old + new number, and your business name. We'll migrate your account within 24 hours.
