In simple words: Orderzo is a digital service — there is nothing to ship. Your account is ready the moment you sign up, and Pro features turn on instantly after payment.
1. Nature of Service
Orderzo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered entirely online. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. Any reference to "delivery" refers to the delivery of digital services and access to the Orderzo application.
2. Service Activation & Delivery
Access to Orderzo is delivered electronically. When you sign up, your free account is activated immediately and you can start sending invoices right away. When you subscribe to Pro, your Pro features are activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
3. How the Service is Delivered
All features — invoicing, one-tap WhatsApp sending, customer records, and dashboards — are delivered through our web application at app.orderzo.io and through your own WhatsApp. There is no physical product, disc, or hardware involved.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery is instant. Free plan access is available immediately after signup. Pro plan access is available immediately after your payment is confirmed by our payment partner. If your account or Pro features are not active within a few minutes of payment, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Shipping Charges
Because Orderzo delivers only digital services, no shipping, handling, or delivery charges ever apply.
